The Annual General Meeting supported the Board of Directors’ proposal and re-elected Laurence Ward Odfjell, Irene Waage Basili and Christine Rødsæther as directors of the Board for a period of two years. The Annual General Meeting also elected Jannicke Nilsson as an additional Board member for a period of two years following the proposal to expand the Board from five to six members.
