Batch 27 cadets set sail for their careers at sea

Their first day was marked by a general meeting with the Crewing team to plan their next steps, followed by final instructions and office routing to ensure all training and documentation were in place.

President and General Manager Agnes Enesio welcomed the cadets, reinforcing Odfjell’s core values of loyalty, professionalism, and responsibility as they take on their new roles.

This batch also makes history with six female cadets joining the ranks, strengthening inclusivity in the maritime industry.
