A high-performance terminal in the heart of Northeast Asia’s chemical trade, engineered for safety, efficiency, and access to key regional markets.

Located in Ulsan, Odfjell Terminals Korea (OTK) is a modern, award-winning facility that plays a central role in regional distribution for the chemical industry in Korea, Japan, China, and Taiwan. The terminal is designed for the safe handling of all chemical classes, including flammable, toxic, and reactive products.

OTK offers direct access for large vessels and full support for truck and isotank operations. Services include drum filling, container stuffing, and dockside tank arrangements optimized for efficiency. All tanks are located immediately adjacent to the docks, enabling efficient operations.

Built to Odfjell’s highest global standards, the terminal has received multiple awards for its safety and environmental practices.

Odfjell SE holds a 50% ownership interest in OTK.

Location

The location in Ulsan Port is optimal for serving as a distribution hub for China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea.

Access types

The site is equipped with broad railcar and truck handling facilities, making the terminal easily accessible for vessels and barges.

Permitting

The terminal can handle virtually all kinds of chemicals, including toxic, flammable, reactive, and corrosive.

Land expansion

OTK has land available to add approx. 20,000 cbm of storage capacity. The current E5 project involves the development of a new tank pit with 10 state-of-the-art carbon steel tanks (87,940 cbm).

Expanding storage capacity

Odfjell continues to invest in the long-term development of OTK. The E5 project is the largest expansion since the terminal's opening. E5 will add 87,940 cbm of new capacity distributed across ten tanks for products ranging from BTX to methanol and sustainable fuels.
