Bow Trajectory proves that what's given attention, gets done!

Last month, Bow Trajectory showed that with proper planning, diligent follow-up and teamwork, even the relatively minor tasks can be prioritized as if they are a crucial aspect of daily operations:

The entire Bow Trajectory crew completed all their computer-based trainings (CBT), which ranged from 12-33 modules per crewmember. This is a huge achievement, considering that they started the program with some crewmembers joining the vessel with only two modules completed.

Captain Sakari Venesjärvi of Bow Trajectory credits the outstanding follow-up of the Safety Officer, and the crewmembers' good spirit and hard work, for this achievement.

"The entire crew have been involved, and they encouraged each other in a way I have not experienced before."
