To support a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, the Compliance and Competence (C&C) team took time off their daily routines for an overnight team building session in Batangas. Away from the usual work setting, the experience allowed space for open conversations, teamwork, and shared reflection. Read HSSEQ Administrator Stephanie Gutierrez’s summary below:

The event featured a mix of individual tasks, partner challenges, and group activities designed to build trust, improve communication, and encourage teamwork.

One of the most impactful moments was the open discussion session, where team members shared insights, feedback, and ideas in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. Surrounded by sun, sand, and good company, we returned not only refreshed but more united and inspired to grow together.”
