Internal audit conducted in MPS - Crewing at Manila office

An internal audit was conducted in the Maritime Personnel Section (MPS) at the Manila office from February 5 to 7, 2025.

The audit was led by VP HSSEQ Gunnar Moen and Manager HSE Arve Matland with a focus on internal processes, compliance, and adherence to safety and competence standards.

The audit covered departments under VP MPS Svend Foyn-Bruun, Crewing, represented by President and General Manager Agnes Enesio, and Crewing Leaders Manager Planning, Training and Recruitment Marites Villena, Team Lead Crew Family Affairs Olive de Vera, Team Lead Vessel Handler Wilen Villamor, Team Lead Documentation Perlas Belleza, and Maritime/Cadetship Administrator Shaun Hendrick Dioko.

Competence and Training-related matters were also reviewed with the support of Captain Marlo Salayo and Competence Administrator Hyacinth Sharma, Manager Crew Planning and Training Administration Marites Villena.

The findings and recommendations from the audit will help enhance MPS practices, strengthen compliance, and support continuous improvement in crewing operations.
