March 2025 Fleet Week brings Ship Management teams together

Held at Scandic Flesland Airport, Bergen, Fleet Week 2025 gathered 13 Captains, 11 Chief Engineers, 10 Chief Officers, and 8 Second Engineers for two days of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

The program covered key operational and leadership topics, starting with Tanker’s Day on March 12, which included discussions on Vessel Allocation, Orca2Cloud & ORCA Web, MSG & Ops Workshop, Fleet Performance, and Chartering, along with the Engineer workshops.

On March 13, SM OpTech & Leadership sessions featured updates from Ship Management, HSSEQ, SIRE 2.0 Status, and MPS, followed by a leadership workshop and a discussion on SM Leadership Expectations.

During the Dinner & Awarding Ceremony, Senior Technical Superintendent Endre Danker Krüger was awarded the gold medal from Norwegian Shipowners Association for more than 30 years contribution to the maritime industry.
