The changes introduced in the third season of Odfjell Healthy Living 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament built more camaraderie among the seafarer and office personnel participants.

Unlike in the first two runs of the tournament when players were required to form teams prior registration, this year's participants were asked to sign up individually. The teams were formed via drawlots on tournament day and were comprised of at least two participants under 35 years and at least two participants aged 35 and above.

Nine teams, divided into two groups of four and five teams each, competed in the elimination round. The top two teams from each group advanced to the semi-finals, and the winners of the crossover semi-finals battled it out for the title.

In the end, the team composed of Benedick Agdigos, John Paul Jardiniano, Arnold Escanilla and Jhonel Dan Depositario prevailed and won the title.
