The Manila office was abuzz with both collaboration and celebration as colleagues gathered for two meaningful events.

On February 12, Shared Service Centre held their 4Q24 Quarterly Wrap-Up, led by the Asset Maintenance Group with Team Leader Steven Masias. The session provided a comprehensive review of the quarter’s performance, highlighting KPI achievements and budget utilization.

Four employees—Data Analyst Kristian Dangculos, Business Intelligence Administrator Anne Arrobio, Asset Maintenance System Engineer Jinky Panganiban, and Quality Controller Fleet Performance Julienne Canto—were recognized for their outstanding contributions to reliability, efficiency, and innovation within the Shared Service Centre.

To promote teamwork, SSC colleagues participated in a “pass the message” game, where groups skillfully relayed details of a story through multiple stations. The team of Kristoffer Ramstad, Aries Agujar, Julienne Canto, Arnel Pinedo, and Nikki Gimena emerged as the winners, while two other teams secured runner-up positions.

The day concluded with a digital town hall session led by CEO Harald Fotland, where employees got insights into the highlights of the 4Q24 results and an early look at 2025’s performance outlook and our company priorities moving forward.

Later in the week, on February 14, the office transformed into a hub of love and laughter for a Valentine’s Day celebration. Employees took part in themed booth activities, collected stickers, and created floral arrangements, making for a fun and engaging atmosphere. The event wrapped up with a raffle draw, where Jennifer Marcos and Steven Masias won prizes.
