The Technology team gathered in Manila for their annual kick-off, focusing on strategy, teamwork, and collaboration through workshops and activities. Asset Maintenance System Team Leader Steven Masias shares a summary.
Members of the Technology section came together in Manila to have the annual kick-off in January.
“This started with a session reminding everyone of the team's strategy and guiding principles to help us all navigate the year ahead of us. This was followed by activities, workshops, and discussions, strengthening each member's bond and understanding of the importance of communication and teamwork to deliver excellent results.”
“To cap it off, everyone participated in a group painting session to help unwind and relax while enjoying each other's company.”
