Odfjell Mazibuko SA welcomed local customers to a full-day seminar and workshop in Umhlanga, focusing on IT, communication, strategy and focus for the coming years.

Among the 35 guests were representatives from our local customers such as Sasol, FR Waring, PetroSA, Protea, Masimo, Mega Petroleum, and also from the various parties from the liquid industry in Durban. South Africa’s Maritime Safety Authorities were also represented, including the CEO, Sobantu Tilayi.

The agenda focused on IT, information flow/communications, strategy, development and projects from Mnambithi, and South Africa's maritime opportunities and challenges. General Manager for Odfjell in South Africa, Gunnar Moen, updated the customers on our fleet renewal programs and design, and discussed client's performance requirements and vetting.

"It was a great day, with good feedback on the presentations, discussions and networking."
