25 Years of Exceptional Loyalty and Service Recognized at Conrad Manila

Ten of our long-serving seafarers were honored on April 25, 2025, during a recognition ceremony held at the Conrad Hotel Manila. The evening celebrated 25 years of exceptional loyalty and service, with representatives from management, colleagues, and spouses present to mark the milestone.

The event opened with welcome remarks from CTO Torger Trige, setting the tone for the night.

CEO Harald Fotland followed with an inspirational message, acknowledging the awardees’ unwavering commitment and the vital role they have played in the company’s growth over the past two and a half decades:

“In many ways, this ceremony is the ultimate proof that people thrive and want to have a career in our company. At the same time, loyalty is not something you can take for granted. We as a company have to earn this loyalty by creating systems and a work environment that people thrive in.”

A formal awarding of certificates and tokens of appreciation highlighted the core of the ceremony. Odfjell Philippines President and General Manager Agnes Enesio then led a toast in honor of the awardees, expressing gratitude on behalf of the entire organization.
