With reference to the Odfjell SE (the “Company”) 2Q23 report of August 16, 2023. The Board of Directors have approved a dividend payment of USD 0.62 per share based on the Company’s first half 2023 adjusted financial result.

  • Declared dividend: USD 0.62 per outstanding share
  • Dividend in currency: NOK 6.58 per outstanding share, based on the Bloomberg USDNOK fix (BFIX) at 09:00hrs CET on August 17, 2023
  • Last day including: August 18, 2023
  • Ex-div date: August 21, 2023
  • Record date: August 22, 2023
  • Payment date: August 29, 2023
