Captain Franklin Lira and his crew welcomed the visitors aboard and shared their knowledge and shipboard experience. The visit provided an opportunity to connect the trainees’ learning with practical operations and exchange perspectives on maintaining high standards of safety and environmental protection.
The training was carried out with Adam S. Grimmer and the USCG team, supporting the development of future marine inspectors through knowledge exchange between shipboard personnel and the Coast Guard.
