MACN is a global business network dedicated to a maritime industry free from corruption, with over 225 member companies. The network promotes fair trade and ethical practices through collective action worldwide and has documented solid progress since its establishment in 2011. Odfjell has been an active member of MACN since 2013.
Øistein Jensen joined Odfjell in 2016 and was appointed Odfjell’s first Chief Sustainability Officer in 2020. He has been a member of the MACN board since 2021 and vice chair since 2023. As chair, he will continue to support MACN’s efforts to expand its global reach and strengthen its impact in tackling corruption risks across the maritime supply chain.
