The ceremony was witnessed by representatives from the yard, owners, banks and partners. VP Trade Thomas M. Lund joined his first ceremony and held the key address on behalf of Odfjell, thanking all the involved parties and highlighting the partnership.
"We are always proud to see another bright orange hull, bearing the distinctive blue chain link logo on the funnel, sailing confidently across international waters. It stands as a testament to the long-standing maritime partnership between our two countries: combining the craftsmanship of a Japanese shipyard with a Norwegian-rooted operator," he said.
"As we look ahead, we are excited to welcome Bow Saturn into service in October. We are confident she will deliver outstanding performance and contribute to the continued success of our fleet and for our customers."
