We are pleased to inform our crew that personal access to the NSA Provident Fund web portal (Storebrand) is now available.
Through this portal, you may conveniently view your individual Provident Fund balance at any time, without the need to request a copy from Crew & Family Services (CFS). Access is available upon registration using your email address.

Purpose of this initiative
This enhancement was introduced in response to feedback and suggestions from our crew requesting direct access to Provident Fund information. In coordination with Storebrand, we worked to make this request a reality. We are grateful for Storebrand’s support and collaboration in successfully implementing this initiative.
Important notes
- Should you encounter any issues accessing the portal, please contact Crew & Family Services (CFS) for assistance.
- Cadets and Trainees are not yet eligible for portal access.
- CFS will send a step-by-step registration guide to your registered email address.
