Flumar town hall aligns and sets direction

The sessions offered an updated overview of Flumar and the Odfjell Group, spotlighting our mission, vision, and values—the foundation that guides everything we do. 

The presentations also revisited Flumar’s rich history and took a closer look at the current fleet, reinforcing the strength and scale of operations.

A highlight of the town halls was the launch of a dedicated Flumar page on Conecta, a Brazilian internal page linked to Granel Química (Odfjell Terminals SA). Alessio and José also shared updates on the GAN and Odfjell websites to ensure everyone is aligned with the latest developments.

To wrap up, the Employee Engagement Survey was launched, emphasizing how vital each person’s voice is in shaping the future of our workplace. “Remember: Your participation will help us continue building a workplace where everyone thrives!” Alessio said, and continued:
