Theme

  • All entries must reflect the theme: “Act with kindness and respect. Stand against bullying.”
  • Photos should highlight teamwork that demonstrates respect, inclusivity, and positive collaboration in the workplace

 

Eligibility

  • Open to all employees, including seafarers.
 

Entry requirements

  • The photo must clearly depict teamwork within your own unit/vessel
  • It should reflect kindness, respect, and a bullying-free work environment

 

Submission guidelines

  • Submit in JPEG or PNG format
  • Please submit your entries to: Nikki Gimena (agnes.gimena@odfjell.com) using the file name as your subject
  • Use the file name Name_Department_Title of Entry or Name_Vessel_Title of Entry
  • For multiple entries, put a number after the title

 

Deadline of submission

  • All entries must be submitted on or before April 20, 2026

 

Criteria for judging

  • Relevance to Theme – 40%
  • Creativity and Originality – 30%
  • Visual Impact/Composition – 30%

 

General rules

  • Entries must promote safe, respectful, and inclusive behavior
  • Photos showing unsafe or inappropriate actions will be disqualified
  • Basic editing (brightness, contrast, cropping) is allowed; heavy editing is not
  • By submitting, participants grant the company permission to use the photos for internal communications
