Mind & Wellness Week at OiP

Internal News | 03.11.2025

For Mental Health Week 2025, Odfjell in the Philippines (OiP) held a two-day program encouraging employees to slow down, connect, and take care of their well-being together.

The first day featured Ties That Bind, a bracelet-making activity that symbolized connection and teamwork. The Carnival of Calm & Connection brought laughter to the gym, while Café Calm offered a quiet space for reflection. Those looking for stillness joined Unplug & Unwind, a corner to rest and recharge.

On the second day, the focus turned to movement and gratitude. The morning POP Pilates session refreshed both body and mind, followed by Soulful Strokes, where employees created portraits celebrating the people who make OiP feel like home. The event ended with the Gratitude Pastry Cart, a small but meaningful gesture of appreciation shared across the office.
