This renewal marks a continued commitment to our long-standing home at Minde — a location that has served Odfjell well for many years. After careful consideration of several alternatives, the decision to remain was clear. The office’s central location, access to parking, and the significant investments already made in recent upgrades were decisive factors.
The owners have also committed to additional improvements, including upgrades to the pool, the first floor, and the wooden floors in the hallways and on the 4th floor, ensuring that our workplace continues to meet modern standards of comfort and quality.
Predictability and clarity for the future
The renewed lease provides stability for our employees and underlines our commitment to maintaining a high-quality work environment at Minde for the next decade.

Had we moved to a different location, we would likely not have enjoyed the same flexibility, parking opportunities, and easy commute that our employees benefit from today.”

The agreement was signed by Tore Odfjell of Odfjell Eiendom AS and Odfjell Management AS.
