During the visits, Dioko noted several highlights:
- Both campuses are equipped with advanced simulators, STCW Training Centers, and VR systems that give cadets early exposure to shipboard life. UCLM is further expanding with ten additional VR units.
- Discussions with faculty and staff focused on onboarding requirements, contracts, and compliance to maintain alignment and clarity.
- Bow Fitness was introduced on campus to emphasize the importance of health from the start of a seafaring career, alongside updated Social Media Etiquette guidelines for cadets.
