Bow Frontier joins three sisters built at the Fukuoka shipyard: 25,000 dwt, 24 stainless steel tanks, designed to meet our customers’ expectations for quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
She also represents another chapter in our long-standing partnership with Japanese owners and shipyards:
“We are united not only by our maritime history, but also by a common vision for the future of shipping: guided by innovation, high standards, and a collective commitment to meeting the evolving global challenges,” CEO Harald Fotland said at the naming ceremony.
“Looking ahead, we also share a strong determination to advance the green transition of shipping, and to further strengthen our cooperation in developing sustainable maritime solutions.”
He continued: “Once again we are naming a ship that will enter our fleet and provide increased flexibility and capacity to the global customer base. Bow Frontier is tailored for trade worldwide, and to witness Bow Frontier in the very making is indeed both an impressive and humbling experience.”
After completing her final outfitting, she will enter our fleet in November, pointing her bow toward the next frontier in our round-the-world trade.
