Øistein Jensen joined Odfjell in 2016 and was appointed Odfjell’s first Chief Sustainability Officer in 2020. He has been a member of the MACN board since 2021 and vice chair since 2023. As chair, he will continue to support MACN’s efforts to expand its global reach and strengthen its impact in tackling corruption risks across the maritime supply chain.
“MACN’s collaborative approach demonstrates that by working together, the maritime industry can drive meaningful and measurable change,” Øistein said. “I am honored to take on this role and build on the strong foundation MACN has established.”

Øistein will be joined by board members Dorte Christensen from Hafnia as vice chair, Neale Proctor from OMA Group, Dieter Rohdenburg from Intership Navigation, Capt. Anwar Fara from Bahri, Anette Ryde from Maersk Tankers, and Jeremy Grose from NorthStandard Group.
