In addition, he controls A/S Rederiet Odfjell, which owns 3,497,472 A-shares in Odfjell SE, equivalent to 4.39% (5.80% of the votes) of total outstanding shares in Odfjell SE. Laurence Ward Odfjell also owns 100% of Skibsaksjeselskapet Storli, which owns 100,000 B-shares in Odfjell SE, equivalent to 0.13% of total outstanding shares in Odfjell SE.
