Manila Odfjell'ers honored

At the Odfjell in the Philippines’ (OiP) year-end party on December 7, five shore colleagues were awarded for at least ten years of service in the company.

The following colleagues received a plaque and a watch token in appreciation of their dedication and commitment to the company:

Perlas Belleza joined Odfjell as a Crewing Assistant in February 2008. After a stint as Receptionist, she went back to handling vessels as Crewing Assistant, and later on as Crewing Officer. She eventually became a Crew Planning Officer, in-charge of the planning and rotation of ratings and petty level officers. This year, she was promoted to Team Leader Documentation, handling another aspect of crewing operations.

Princess Eidref Roselyn Capuli started her career in Odfjell as an Accounting Assistant in October 2013. SOver the years, she steadily ascended the professional hierarchy, advancing to the roles of Accountant and subsequently, Accounting Supervisor. In 2017, she was promoted to Team Leader Financial Accounts, where she now oversees a team of four equally accomplished colleagues.

Agnes Enesio joined Odfjell in September 2008 as Head of Crew & Family Affairs. During her tenure, she significantly enhanced the organization's relationships with crew members and their families through the implementation of various programs. In 2015, she was promoted to VP – Head of Crewing, overseeing the entire crewing operations. Last month, she earned the well-deserved title of General Manager and President of Odfjell Philippines, Inc, the organization’s manning agency arm.

Marvin Enriquez started out as a Documentation & Liaison Assistant in July 2013. His previous roles make him a well-rounded Crewing personnel, having served as Documentation Assistant, Training Coordinator and Crewing Assistant. He became a Crewing Officer in 2019, and has since been one of the hardest working and most reliable vessel handlers.

Paul Jun Timtiman joined Odfjell as an ICT Support Consultant in March 2013. More than two years later in 2015, he was promoted to Team Leader, handling Odfjell’s IT Support Consultants based in Manila. He was appointed Project Lead & IT Support Terminals in 2019, pioneering Manila’s first-level helpdesk assistant to our US terminals.
