As previously announced, Odfjell SE has entered into an agreement with Odfjell Eiendom AS, Norchem A/S and Rederiet Jacob Christensen A/S regarding sale and lease-back of the current company headquarter property Conrad Mohrs veg 29. Norchem A/S and Rederiet Jacob Christensen A/S are shareholders of Odfjell SE.
At an extraordinary general meeting February 17 2016, the attending shareholders unanimously approved the sale and leaseback agreements, in accordance with the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting.
