The award is presented by the World HRD (Human Resource Development) Congress and endorsed by CHRO Asia, a global platform for Human Resource heads, in collaboration with the World Federation of HR Professionals. It recognizes companies that invest in employee engagement, talent development, and workplace culture—factors that remain central to Odfjell’s operations.
“This award reflects the efforts of every team member who contributes to making Odfjell a great place to work,” said Agnes Enesio, President and General Manager of Odfjell in the Philippines. “It is a meaningful affirmation of our people-first approach and our ongoing work to create a collaborative, safe, and empowering environment. We’re proud of what we’ve built, and even more motivated to keep improving.”
Odfjell’s Manila office supports the company’s global operations by attracting, developing, and retaining talent across maritime and shore-based roles. Receiving the award also strengthens Odfjell’s positioning in the local job market, enhancing its reputation among current and prospective employees.

“We believe that engaged and supported employees are essential to long-term success,” said Julie Ann Ignacio, HR Manager. “This recognition is not just a win for HR–it’s a win for our entire team. We thank our colleagues for their trust, participation, and commitment to Odfjell’s values.”
“Our commitment doesn’t stop here,” VP MPS Svend Foyn-Bruun added. “We will continue to foster a workplace culture that puts people first and builds leaders from within.”
Congratulations to the entire Odfjell Philippines team for this achievement!
