Based on the Company’s 2021 results, the Board of Directors recommends a dividend a dividend of NOK 1.00 per share.

The dividend is subject to shareholders approval and will be voted on at the Company’s Annual General Meeting, scheduled for May 5, 2022 in Bergen, Norway.
