Key information relating to dividend to be paid by Odfjell SE and ex-div date February 13, 2023

With reference to the Odfjell SE (the “Company”) 4Q22 report of February 8, 2023. The Board of Directors have approved a dividend payment of USD 0.61 per share based on the Company’s second half 2022 financial result.

Key information relating to the dividend payment:

  • Declared dividend: USD 0.61 per outstanding share
  • Declared currency: NOK, based on the spot Bloomberg USDNOK fix
  • (BFIX) at 12:00hrs CET on February 9, 2023
  • Last day including: February 10, 2023
  • Ex-div date: February 13, 2023
  • Record date: February 14, 2023
  • Payment date: February 21, 2023

 

Please note the correct ex-div date will be February 13, 2023, not February 10, 2023 as informed in the 4Q22 report.
