Occupational Health & Safety

We are guided by one overarching principle: We do not compromise on safety. We build safety into everything we do, and it is our number one priority. All activities are based on a zero-accident mindset.

Safety is an integral part of our foundation, our daily operations and business, at sea and ashore. The safety and wellbeing of our people are essential to achieving our business goals.

Odfjell takes a holistic approach to safety, with a focus on minimizing the risks for anyone involved in our business, setting high standards, and actively building an exemplary safety culture.

A zero accident mindset means that we work proactively and do not accept personnel injuries, pollution or accidents.

Safety and security are everyone's responsibility.
